● Exchange and returns
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to our production pipeline, we cannot accept cancellations on orders once they have been placed.
Please note that if you do not read the cancellation policy, or if you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to provide a refund.
● Return Policy
In case an item is damaged on arrival, we will pay for the return shipping and for the shipping of the replacement.
Alternatively, the customer can ask for a refund via mail.
This policy does not apply in case of dissatisfaction with the product or damage suffered after the item has been already worn once.

●交換、返品について
誠に申し訳ありませんが、どのような場合でも、ご注文後は一切キャンセルが出来ません。
またお客様都合でのキャンセル・返品も一切受け付けることが出来ません。
キャンセルポリシーをお読みでない場合の返品や、連絡なく返品された場合、受取拒否による返品・キャンセルに置きましても返金対応を取ることが出来かねますので、予めご了承ください。
ご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、またはお届けした商品におきましてAMORPHIA TOKYOとして不良品が認められた場合、商品の交換、返金をさせていただきます。
使用後、洗濯後などの返品返金は出来かねますのでご了承ください。
