A unique hybrid bubble/tube skirt design which adds volume around the hips while keeping the thighs tight with a distinct cut. The hem features a cord to adjust the length. A mix of striped fabric that feels like it's wrapped in air and high-density shape-memory jacquard fabric with glitter thread in the dot pattern.
